Brunswick School – New Lower School
Project Location: Greenwich, Connecticut

Description: New two to three-story, 41,000 s.f. lower school constructed of a structural steel frame with a composite floor framing system. Glued-laminated timber trusses utilized over central building core; glued laminated timber mullion system utilized at main building entries. Lateral wind and seismic loads resisted by a combination of reinforced masonry shearwalls and structural steel braced frames.
